Payment Information

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, processed securely through our payment partner, Square.  Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Card Fee: A 3% fee will be added if using a credit card when processed on Square or Venmo. You won't be subject to a fee if you pay with a debit card on Venmo.

Insurance: Currently, we accept Original Medicare only. If you are covered under a Medicare Advantage plan, you may pay out-of-pocket at the time of service. We will provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

HSA/FSA Eligibility:  We welcome payments through HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account). To determine your eligibility click here ---> QUALIFY HERE!

An initial fee of $30.00 is needed to create an account and check your qualifications. We use the company TrueMed which payment will be paid through there, not to LiveFreeFitness.
