2. Payment Processing: Payments for services rendered will be processed at the time of booking through our Square payment gateway. Your credit card information is encrypted and securely transmitted to Square for processing. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds for cancelled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in our booking terms. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on refund eligibility and any associated fees. 

4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any payment details or discrepancies, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We are committed to resolving any payment-related issues promptly and fairly.
