Welcome to our comprehensive wellness program! We kick off our services with an intial free demo and consulation. This is your opportunity to experience our cutting-edge Whole Body Vibration (WBV) machine firsthand and dicuss your unique needs and goals with us. During this session, we will provide personalized recommendations to determine if WBV is the right fit for you.
Following the initial consultation, if you decide to move forward, we recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program. We then proceed with our personalized onboarding process. We begin with a FREE 15-minute assessment to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.
Typically, we recommend WBV sessions twice a week. However, we understand that everyone's schedule and needs vary, so we offer flexible options to accommodate you.
Our standard program duration is three months. From here, we then reassess the need for continuation at a similar frequency or discuss transitioning to a maintenance program. Maintenance options can include sessions once a week, twice a month, or once a month, ensuring continuous benefits from WBV.
Additionally, we also customize a home exercise program that fits your needs. This allows you to maintain strength, flexibility and your fitness level between session and after concluding WBV services, supporting your overall wellness goals.
